mazda’s latest in the nagare design series features interiors which cradle their drivers in a womb of swelling forms. hyper-designed to the point of excess, each detail is carefully considered and continuous with the others. tendons emerge from smooth curvatures to create formal differentiation and functional needs. surfaces are consistently inverted on themselves wrapping and warping into one another.
