    suckerPUNCH: Describe your project.

andrew TÉTRAULT & federica von EUW: Club Heat von Cool is an urban nightclub that was developed out of, and sought to become, a part of the intensive accumulation of atmospheres and scales present in one of the world’s most dynamic and culturally heterogeneous neighborhoods, Harajuku, Tokyo. The project became a morphology of varying systemic interiorities sequenced and transformed from the inside out to create a nightclub of sensations and effects. The interior transformation of the spaces occur through a breakdown of geometry that unfolds into a narrative of light, space, and materiality. Our club participates with the nuanced atmospheres of the city from the inside creating a building in dialogue and participation with the life and speed of Harajuku.

Bubble Wrap is a parasite powered by the excess energy of public transit and the exhaust pollution from our cars and buildings. It provides us with a public space, an air-purifying utility, and a cultural venue.
