    is the building located within our site scheduled to be demolished? what is contained within this? is it accessible to the public? can we design up to the perimeter of this, or is there a setback that we must observe?
    it is at the discretion of the entrant whether or not to keep the existing building as part of their design. it is accessible from the site and there is no setback requirement.

    how much of the installation is to be temporary? is there winter storage space available to store a temporary structure? will the structure be assembled for shows only, or at the beginning of the season, to be collapsed at summer’s end?
    there is no specific requirement for how much of the design should be temporary. winter storage space can be accessed off site or can be designed as party of your scheme.

    is there electrical, gas, water/sewage services on the site? if not, where would we connect to these services?
    yes, assume that the services are available on site.

    the contour line at the water is at 3′-0″. the contours are 1′-0″ apart.
